This notice explains what information AspectTech LLC (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why, and what choices you have. We’ve tried to keep it short and in plain language.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, website address, project details, and message.

Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to keep the site running and secure.

This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we don’t sell your information.

How we use it

We use what you send us only to respond to your inquiry, discuss a potential project, and keep a record of our conversation. We don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who processes it

Our contact form sends the name, email address, optional website address, service choice, and message you enter to Formspree, which processes the submission and forwards it to our business. Formspree may also process technical information associated with the request for delivery and spam prevention. See Formspree’s privacy policy for its practices.

Email messages are handled by email providers, and the website is served by a hosting provider. These providers process data to deliver those services. Email links open your email app; they do not submit a message through this website.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of that relationship and any record-keeping obligations that follow. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law.
